Deposit and Withdraw
Fund your account by depositing into your deposit wallet, and cash out with the Withdraw modal. Your balance lives on Polygon and both flows are gasless — you never need MATIC/POL. This page walks through each path step by step.
NoteDeposits and withdrawals are on-chain transfers. Send only the supported assets on the network shown, and check the destination address before you confirm. The modals show the exact token, network and address for each path.
#Where funds must go
Deposits target your deposit wallet address (the one with the Smart wallet pill in the account menu), not your sign-in wallet (EOA) — the deposit wallet is what holds your USDC and acts as the order maker. Its address is known before the wallet is ever used on-chain, so you can deposit right away. See Wallets and login for the two-address model.
#Deposit
Click Deposit in the navigation bar (a + on phones) to open the Deposit crypto modal. At the top are two dropdowns — a Token picker (USDC.e, USDC, USDT) and a Chain picker. The modal opens on USDT on Polygon. Your selection decides which of two paths you use.
| Path | When it triggers | How it works | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Direct | Token USDC.e (chain is then fixed to Polygon) | Shows your deposit-wallet address as a QR code and copyable text. You send USDC.e on Polygon straight to it. | Free |
| Via Relay | USDC or USDT on a supported chain | Creates a one-time Relay deposit address for the amount you enter. You send from an exchange or any wallet — no wallet connection needed — and it arrives in your deposit wallet as USDC.e on Polygon. | Estimate 0.02–0.5% (Relay), replaced by the live quote |
Supported chains for the Relay path: USDC on Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Linea, Optimism and Polygon; USDT on Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Optimism and Polygon. The chain list follows the token you pick.
NoteUSDC.e that lands in your deposit wallet is automatically converted (wrapped) 1:1 into pUSD, the collateral used to trade, once trading is set up in your browser (any USDC.e not yet converted is converted when you place an order). That is why a USDC.e deposit shows up as pUSD trading cash. The conversion is reversed on withdrawal.
NoteIf your current region can't place orders, the modal says so before you deposit: you can still deposit, but you won't be able to trade from there.
#Setup flow — Direct (USDC.e on Polygon, free)
- Open the deposit modal from Deposit in the navbar.
- Set the token to USDC.e (marked Free); the chain becomes Polygon.
- Scan the QR code, or click Copy to copy Your deposit address.
- From your own wallet or exchange, send USDC.e on Polygon to that address.
- Check the Verify the token contract box: the token you send must match the USDC.e contract shown there.
- Wait for on-chain confirmation — the deposit is credited on confirmation.
ImportantThe Direct path accepts USDC.e on Polygon only. A different token or network sent to this address may not be recoverable. For USDC or USDT, use the Relay path instead.
#Setup flow — Via Relay (USDC or USDT)
- Open the deposit modal and pick your source Token (USDC or USDT) and Chain.
- Enter the Amount you want to send.
- Click Get deposit address — this creates a Relay deposit address for you.
- Send exactly the amount shown, of that token, on that chain, to the generated address (scan the QR or click Copy address). Use only that token and chain — a different token or chain sent to this address can't be credited.
- The panel shows You receive (USDC.e), the Fee and the Time for this quote, and tracks the transfer: Waiting for transfer… → Received — settling… → Deposit complete.
- When complete, USDC.e is in your deposit wallet and converts to trading collateral automatically.
NoteYou can close the modal while you wait — unfinished Relay deposits are also tracked on your Portfolio page. The modal stops watching after a while, but the address keeps working and your balance updates when the transfer lands. If Relay can't complete the bridge, the deposit ends as refunded (the funds go back on the chain you sent from) or failed; either way a request ID is shown to give Relay support.
#Withdraw USDC
Open Withdraw USDC from the account dropdown. Funds are sent from your deposit wallet on Polygon (From trading wallet), gasless.
#Fields
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Token | Choose USDC (the default) or USDC.e. Both draw from the same balance pool: USDC.e and pUSD together. USDC is native Polygon USDC — the withdrawal swaps USDC.e/pUSD → USDC on-chain (~0.01% Uniswap fee). USDC.e is a direct transfer with no swap fee; any pUSD is unwrapped into USDC.e as needed. |
| To chain | Shown when the token is USDC. Polygon (same chain) is the default; Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Ethereum, Linea and Optimism route cross-chain (via Across) and show a Bridge fee (Across) quote and the amount You receive. |
| Recipient address | The destination 0x… address. A Use … shortcut fills in a connected external wallet's address, or Connect wallet connects one. |
| Amount | How much to send, with a Max button. The modal blocks amounts above your Available balance. |
NoteIf trading isn't enabled in this browser yet, the modal shows a Set up this browser button — finish that one-time setup (or place one order), then withdraw.
#Setup flow — Withdraw
- Open Withdraw USDC from the account dropdown.
- Pick the Token (USDC or USDC.e).
- If withdrawing USDC, choose the destination chain under To chain (Polygon for same-chain, or another chain to bridge).
- Enter or paste the Recipient address, and confirm it is correct. Sending to an exchange? Make sure it accepts that token on that network.
- Enter the Amount, or tap Max. For cross-chain, review the bridge fee and the You receive amount.
- Click Withdraw. A Review withdrawal screen appears showing the amount, network, and the full destination address — check them carefully.
- Click Confirm to send (or Back to edit). The withdrawal is gasless — no MATIC/POL required, and there is no separate wallet pop-up; BOOPOLY submits it for you through a gasless relayer.
- You will see a Withdrawal sent success screen, and the withdrawal also appears as a notification and in your Portfolio history.
ImportantWithdrawals are on-chain transfers and can't be cancelled once confirmed. Use the Review withdrawal screen to check the recipient address and destination chain — funds sent to a wrong address or network can't be retrieved.
#After a deposit or withdrawal
- Both events surface as a notification and are listed in your Portfolio (deposited / withdrawn history) — recorded by a server-side process, so they appear even if your tab is closed.
- Your balance chip in the navbar flashes and floats a
+$or−$indicator when the change is detected.
