Getting Started with BOOPOLY
BOOPOLY (Beta) is a web client for trading Polymarket prediction markets. It gives you the full Polymarket order book in a streamlined interface and adds tools for copy trading, automated trading, trader analytics and localized market discovery.
Every trade you place here is a real Polymarket order on the on-chain CLOB. BOOPOLY is the interface and the automation layer, not a separate exchange, so your fills and positions can be checked on Polymarket and on-chain.
NoteBOOPOLY is in beta. Nothing in these docs is investment advice, and the tools carry out the rules you set rather than predicting outcomes. Each page explains how its feature behaves so you can decide how to use it.
#What BOOPOLY adds on top of Polymarket
- Simple sign-in. Sign in with email, Google, or Discord through Privy — no seed phrase, no browser extension. See Wallets & Login.
- Sponsored gas. You never buy or hold MATIC/POL for normal trading; gas for approvals and orders is sponsored. USDC is auto-wrapped for trading in the background.
- Copy trading. Mirror another trader's fills automatically — for real, or in a simulation that places no orders. Live copy adds rules that copy everyone matching your filters (simulation only). See Copy Trading.
- Automated trading. Auto trade in the navigation follows the entry and exit rules you set on a market — real runs 24/7 on our server, simulated runs in your browser — with relays across consecutive windows and a backtest on recorded markets. See Automated trading.
- Trader analytics. Win rate, profit factor, ROI and P&L history for any trader. See Traders & Analytics.
- Localized discovery. Multi-language UI (English by default, plus zh-TW / JA / KO) with Chinese market search. All times are shown in US Eastern (ET).
Top navigation: Discover · Live copy · Copy trade · Auto trade · Liquidity rewards. Referral rewards is in the account menu.
#Recommended path
Work through these in order the first time.
#1. Log in & get a wallet
Sign in with email, Google, or Discord. BOOPOLY sets up two wallets for you automatically: an EOA (your signer) and a Smart Contract Wallet (SCW) that holds your trading funds. The private key stays with Privy and can be exported at any time, so there is no seed phrase to write down to get started. → Wallets & Login
#2. Deposit funds
Fund your Smart Contract Wallet with USDC. Deposits are converted automatically into the collateral used for trading — the first time as part of your first order, and after that as soon as they arrive. → Deposit & Withdraw
#3. Browse & place your first trade
Find a market on Discover, read the outcome prices, and place a market or limit order. → Browsing Markets · Placing a Trade
#4. Try copy trading (real or simulated)
Pick a trader and mirror their trades. Simulation mode lets you see how your settings behave without placing real orders; switch to real when you're ready. → Copy Trading
#5. Track performance & costs
Review your open positions, order history, realized P&L, and what each trade actually cost. → Orders & P&L · Fees

#New to prediction markets?
A prediction market lets you buy and sell shares in the outcome of a real-world event (an election, a game, a price level). Each share settles at $1 if the outcome happens and $0 if it doesn't, so a share's price (between 0 and 1) reads as the market's implied probability. You can also sell a position before settlement at the current market price. Because a share can settle at $0, it is sensible to start with small amounts; the simulation modes are a good way to learn the mechanics first.
